The GSD real-time PCR thermal cycler offers high precision, rapid cycle times, and the capability to analyze numerous samples at once.
With qPCR, the DNA amplification process can be measured in real time, enabling precise calculation of the starting concentration of a sample. This advantage makes qPCR a perfect fit for applications such as detecting pathogens in the food industry.
The GSD cycler is validated to use with our BACGene GO real-time qPCR assays, for pathogen detection in a broad range of food samples: BACGene GO Salmonella.
