DeltaTrak's FlashCheck Needle Probe Thermometer has °C/°F switchable scale at the touch of a button. The unit comes with a needle tip probe which provides extremely fast response time, all in a ultra portable form.
The Needle Probe Thermometer features a reduced tip that is ideal for measuring temperature of ''''thin mass'''' foods such as meat patties, chicken and fish fillets per the FDA Food Code 4-302.12(B). The thermometer is designed and constructed under exacting standards to meet and exceed specifications required for commercial and professional uses.
